Flat Top Wheels

The Anchor Flat-Top Wheel is available in two basic designs. One incorporates a double row full ball complement with a Splashproof seals and internal wipers. The other utilizes a double row nylon retainer with seven 13/32" diameter chrome steel balls (each row) and spring loaded contact seals each side.

Advantages of the Anchor Flat Top Wheel are:
Sealed for Life Retainer Type Relubable Full Ball Complement

  • Each of the two rows of bearings contain seven 13/2" diameter chrome balls, separated by a nylon retainer.

  • Designed for transportation lines with a minimum amount of maintenance required, yet still heavy-duty to withstand the rigors of flat-top chain.

  • Features a spring loaded contact-lip seal, designed to keep lubricant in place and contaminants from entering the ball race.

  • Sealed for life, no relubrication required. Factory lubricated.

  • Each of the two rows of bearings contain a 13-7/16" diameter chrome balls for increased load capacity, bearing operating life and better capability to operate in contaminated environments.

  • Double row bearing design is capable of withstanding heavy thrust loads in either direction as well as heavy moment loading.

  • The ball bearing design has a much greater grease capacity for longer bearing life.

  • Splashproof seals with an internal wiper lip seal prevent liquid and dry contaminate from penetrating the bearing cavity. Purgeable and relubable.
